Flower care guide (Bouquets)

1. Trim the stems

Cut about 2 cm off the stems at an angle before placing your flowers in water.

2. Use clean water

Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Change it every 2–3 days.

3. Remove extra leaves

Take off any leaves that would sit below the water level.

4. Keep them cool

Place flowers away from direct sunlight, heating, or drafts.

5. Use the flower food

Add the flower food you received with your delivery — it helps your blooms stay fresh and beautiful longer.

6. Refresh regularly

Re-cut stems and replace the water to keep your bouquet fresh and happy.

Flower care guide (Hat Box Arrangements)

1. Keep the box upright

Always keep your hat box in an upright position — the flowers sit in a special wet floral foam inside.

2. Check the moisture

Touch the foam gently every 1–2 days. If it feels dry, add a little clean water directly into the centre of the arrangement.

3. Avoid heat and sunlight

Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators, or cold drafts.

4. Don’t remove the flowers

They are securely arranged in floral foam — just enjoy their beauty as they are!

5. Enjoy and refresh

If petals start to fade, remove them gently to keep your arrangement looking lovely.
